About us

T Vaughan Ltd was established in 2010 and is a reputable, medium-sized contractor specialising in groundworks and RC frame construction. Based in Bentwood, the company is committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.

The role

We are seeking a dedicated 360 Excavator Driver to join our team in Walsall. This role is important in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery essential to our construction projects.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor a 360 excavator to ensure efficient workflow
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks as needed
Follow safety protocols and report any issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Maintain accurate records of machine usage and maintenance
Support materials handling and logistical operations on site

Qualifications

Proven experience as a 360 Excavator Driver or in a similar role within construction or groundworks
Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with fabrication tools
Ability to read technical drawings and operate related machinery
Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
Good communication skills and a team oriented approach
Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
CPCS or NPORS certification for 360 excavators is a plus
