About Us

We are a busy and rapidly growing private UTI clinic providing specialist care and diagnostic support for patients experiencing urinary tract infections and related conditions. Our team is known for professionalism, compassion, and exceptional patient service.

We’re looking for a confident, organised Clinic Administrator to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding patient experience.

The Role

As our Clinic Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of daily clinic operations — managing patient communications, handling a high volume of emails, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth running of our admin systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond promptly to a high volume of patient emails and enquiries
Answer calls and contacting patients regarding appointments, follow-ups & general enquires
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Input data and update clinic systems efficiently including registering patients
Liaise with clinicians and support the wider team with administrative tasks
Provide friendly, professional front-line communication at all times

About You

You’ll be an organised, reliable person who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced role. You’ll be confident communicating with patients and colleagues, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Essential skills and experience:

Previous administrative experience (healthcare or clinical setting preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using email, spreadsheets, and booking systems
A caring, professional manner with a focus on patient service
