Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £27,500 per annum

Who are we?

Loomis International is the leading specialist for international valuable logistics solutions. Through a global network of Loomis branches, partners, leading suppliers and agents, we offer comprehensive solutions to handle and transport valuable goods throughout the world.

The opportunity

You will join our Forwarding team in their daily duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for all clients.

You will have daily contact with the Transport and Storage teams, along with our key clients, prioritising work and ensuring internal procedures are adhered to at all times.

The successful candidate will be given full training on all computer systems and customs clearance software. We will give you a in-depth insight into the unique world of valuable cargo logistics.

About you

Process-driven - able to understand, follow and implement SOPs and company guidelines

Ideally, you'll:

Have experience in office environments
Have excellent attention to detail
Have attained a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4/A*- C (or equivalent) including Maths and English

However, we're more interested in your passion and drive than the qualifications you have previously completed, so we welcome applications from all academic backgrounds. While we welcome applications from all nationalities, candidates must have the continued right to work in the UK, as Loomis doesn't currently offer sponsorship.

We also have some specific security criteria that you will need to meet:

You must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
You must have verifiable 5-year employment/unemployment/educational history
