Part-Time Female EMS Fitness Trainer

Location: Hounslow, TW5 9AW

Are you passionate about health, fitness and helping people achieve life-changing results?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Female EMS Fitness Trainer to join our growing team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time role as our membership base continues to grow.

Whether you're a Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Sports Scientist or simply someone with a genuine passion for health and fitness, we'd love to hear from you.

About Volta EMS

At Volta EMS, we specialise in Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) training, combining cutting-edge technology with personalised coaching to help our members achieve outstanding results in just one or two 20-minute sessions per week.

Our mission is to provide a premium fitness experience that helps clients lose weight, build strength, improve mobility and reduce back and joint pain in a safe, effective and time-efficient way.

As our studio continues to grow, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Role

As an EMS Fitness Trainer, you will:

Deliver high-quality one-to-one and one-to-two EMS personal training sessions.
Motivate and support members throughout their fitness journey.
Carry out body composition scans and track client progress.
Build strong, lasting relationships with members.
Maintain a welcoming, professional studio environment.
Contribute ideas to help grow the business and improve the member experience.

Full EMS training will be provided, so previous EMS experience is not essential.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is passionate about health and fitness.
Has excellent communication and people skills.
Is positive, energetic and reliable.
Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Wants to learn, develop and build a long-term career.
Creates a welcoming environment where clients feel supported and motivated.
Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Fitness qualification (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).

Competitive daily rate starting from £100 per day, depending on experience.
