Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Thai Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality massage treatments to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your skills in a calming environment, helping clients achieve their health and relaxation goals through customised massage therapies.

Duties

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual requirements, including thai massage, deep tissue or aromatherapy massages
Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to ensure smooth shop operations
Uphold professional standards of conduct and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or relevant role within a wellness or healthcare setting
Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential for effective treatment planning
Certification or licence in massage therapy recognised by local regulatory bodies is preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and empathise with clients
Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain accurate records
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a professional attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
A genuine passion for promoting health, relaxation, and client satisfaction

The position is in a busy shop in a very heavy footfall area, If you have your own clientele that would be desirable also.
