Full job description

Farer is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer luxury watch brand founded in 2016. Shipping to over 50 countries worldwide, Farer has experienced rapid growth, with sales doubling over the past two years and an expanding product catalogue.

Based in the Berkshire countryside on a working farm near Bracknell, Wokingham and Ascot, Farer is now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support its operations and customer service team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the end-to-end shipment process, including order preparation and courier administration
Ensuring the shipping and warehouse areas are well organised and presented to a high standard
Assisting with monthly and quarterly stock counts
Using and maintaining records on the Shopify platform
Providing general warehouse support, including filing paperwork, preparing shipping supplies and maintaining stock organisation
Liaising with external service providers and couriers
Developing strong product knowledge to support customers via email
Assisting with the returns, repairs and service (remedy) process

Skills & Experience Required

Ability to work effectively within a small team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong writing, numerical and organisational skills
A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Knowledge of watches preferable but not essential

Role Summary

Pay: £18.50 per hour
Hours: Three- Four days per week ( Monday - Thursday 9am-3pm)
Location: On-site with free parking
Requirements: Due to the rural location, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential
Additional: Flexibility to support with over time when needed.
Dog on site
