Job Role: Retail & Counter Assistant

Location: The Hollies Farm Shop Butchery - Lower Stretton

Type of contract: Part time

Reports to: Butchery Manager/Supervisor

We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Retail & Counter Assistant to join our fantastic team at The Hollies Farm Shop Butchery. If you enjoy meeting new people, take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and serving customers with a friendly smile
Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
Working across our retail and food counters
Keeping shelves and displays fully stocked and looking their best
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the shop
Supporting your teammates and helping wherever needed
Assisting with deliveries and stock replenishment

Comfortable working in a busy environment

Additional Duties

Must be flexible to work weekends
Clocking in and out on time
