Full job description

We’re looking for a highly creative, performance-driven professional to lead a team of four Creative Strategists and scale a fast-growing founder-led e-commerce brand in the home fragrance and natural skincare space.

This is not a corporate marketing role.
This role sits at the heart of a small, ambitious ads team creating concepts that drive real growth across Meta and Google - blending AI-powered creative workflows with bold original ideas from our in-house creative team.

We want someone who understands modern advertising: fast hooks, strong angles, creator-style content, direct response psychology, AI-generated creatives, testing at speed, and turning insights into winning campaigns.

If you obsess over why certain ads work, constantly save great campaigns, understand consumer psychology, can turn ideas into performance, and have the ability to lead and inspire a small team - you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with CEO to develop creative campaign strategy
Leading a team of creative strategists
Creating winning ad concepts for Meta and Google campaigns
Developing hooks, scripts, angles, offers, and creative briefs
Working closely with our in-house creative team to produce standout original content
Using AI tools to rapidly generate and iterate ad creatives
Researching trends, competitors, and high-performing ad formats
Testing creative at speed and scaling what works
Collaborating directly with founders and media buyers on growth strategy
Helping shape the creative engine behind a rapidly growing brand

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or performance-focused creative role
Strong leadership experience
Strong understanding of Meta and Google ad creative
Ability to think creatively and commercially
Experience with AI-generated ad workflows and modern creative tools
Strong copywriting and direct response instincts
Someone proactive, ambitious, and constantly full of ideas
Comfortable moving fast and working in a small team environment
Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands
UGC scripting/content experience
Experience scaling e-commerce brands
Strong understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing
Video-first creative experience
