Concierge
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 4 on, 4 off day shift pattern 7am-7pm

Are you a people-oriented professional who thrives in a customer-facing role? We’re looking for a Concierge to join our team in Liverpool. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and suppliers, you'll help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for all residents, visitors, and suppliers
Providing a professional and friendly reception service
Responding to unplanned cleaning needs (e.g. spillages in communal areas)
Carrying out building patrols, safety checks, and CCTV monitoring
Handling parcel management and logging deliveries according to company procedures
Managing utility meter readings as required
Providing clear and concise shift handovers to incoming team members
Managing key control and issuing keys in line with protocols
Coordinating access for maintenance, deliveries, and other services
Handling general enquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests
Conducting bin rotation and supporting smooth car park operations

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a similar role (essential)
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
Fire Marshal qualification (desirable, not essential)
SIA Badge (desirable, not essential)
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Ability to stay calm and professional in all situations
