What we’re looking for:
You’re a practical, motivated professional with solid experience in Fencing & Landscaping. You take pride in delivering quality work on the ground, can lead a team confidently, and are equally comfortable working on your own initiative. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where your skills and attitude directly impact the success of our projects. Here’s what will make you stand out:
Essential:
- Proven experience in soft landscaping and fencing
- Full driving licence and trailer towing experience
- Ability to work alone and to work in and supervise a team
- Able to read and understand drawings and site plans
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational abilities
- A positive attitude and a drive to continuously improve processes
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines and deliver projects within budget
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

What you’ll do:
As Fencing Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our delivery on site and a proactive part of the team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and supervising fencing works, including agricultural stock fencing, post & rail, and close board
- Carrying out fencing inspections and reporting on condition and remedial requirements
- Leading the delivery of landscaping projects
- Carrying out maintenance visits to various sites
- Planning and organising site activities, including resources, materials, and team members
- Reading and interpreting drawings and site plans to ensure works are delivered accurately and to specification
- Liaising with clients on site to ensure they receive timely, accurate, and professional service
- Ensuring all work is delivered safely, to a high standard, on time and within budget
- Identifying opportunities to improve site processes and contribute to the growth of the environment division
