Full job description

We are a busy and welcoming café committed to providing excellent coffee, fresh food, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic Café Team Leader to help oversee daily operations, motivate our team, and ensure every customer enjoys a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the café team during daily operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance development.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
Support the Café Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, hospitality, or food service environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to leadership.
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required.
