96% Staff Retention | Ofsted-Registered Homes | Genuine Career Progression
Help Young People Build Positive Futures
Some of the young people we support have experienced trauma, loss, instability and significant challenges throughout their lives.
They need adults who can remain calm when things are difficult, celebrate the small wins, provide consistency when trust has been broken and help them believe in themselves again.
At Gracebridge Care, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to feel safe, valued, supported and empowered to achieve their full potential.
If you are looking for a career where you can genuinely change a young person's future, we would love to hear from you.
We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join our Ofsted-registered children's home in Acocks Green, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
