Full job description

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team — someone with a genuine interest in financial services and a desire to build a long-term career.

The role

This is a varied and important position supporting our planning team. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, processing new business, preparing meeting packs, liaising with product providers, and handling client enquiries professionally. As your experience grows, you'll take on increasing involvement in the financial planning process itself.

Your career pathway

This role is a launchpad, not just a job. We offer a clearly defined progression route from Administrator through to Paraplanner and beyond, with pay rises directly linked to the achievement of professional qualifications. Niche funds your exam sittings, study materials, and training support every step of the way.

About you

We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. What matters most is attention to detail, a professional approach, and a genuine desire to learn. Strong IT skills and good communication are essential; prior financial services experience is a bonus but not required.
