Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient organization, and seamless administrative support. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help keep our office running at peak performance. Duties

Manage and maintain office files, records, and correspondence with precision and confidentiality
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars to optimize team productivity
Perform data entry tasks accurately using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents with attention to detail and clarity
Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment
Support clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and organizing documents

Experience

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and QuickBooks
Previous clerical experience with data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute for efficient document processing
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines is a plus
