Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience: Meet and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner. Maintain ongoing relationships and provide updates throughout the day via phone and video.
Workshop Liaison: Efficiently book vehicles into the technical workshop and track progress to ensure every car is ready at the promised time.
Service Excellence: Establish onward travel arrangements, perform thorough handovers after work is completed, and explain repairs clearly.
Sales & Growth: Adopt a professional approach to selling required repairs and maintenance products, ensuring the customer's vehicle remains safe and reliable.
Administration: Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure all documentation and job cards are processed accurately.
Senior Duties (For Senior Applicants): Provide mentorship to junior advisors, contribute to managing workshop flow, act as a point of escalation for complex customer queries and or complaints.

Senior Level Requirements:

Proven experience in a franchised dealership (Nissan experience is a plus).
Demonstrable track record of hitting KPIs and upsell targets.
Leadership potential or previous experience supporting a Service Manager.
