Duties

Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace following health and safety standards
Manage appointments efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and retention
Offer styling advice and product recommendations to enhance clients’ grooming routines
Keep accurate records of services provided and client preferences for future visits
Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
