Overview

Proms & Beyond (House of Dresses Ltd) is seeking a dynamic and creative in-house Marketing, Social Media & PR Manager to elevate our brand presence within the local community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, manage our social media platforms, and foster positive public relations. The successful candidate will be passionate about fashion and event styling, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for engaging storytelling. This paid position is ideal for a proactive individual eager to make a tangible impact on our brand’s growth and reputation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Proms & Beyond’s collections and events
Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Coordinate and oversee public relations activities to enhance brand visibility within the local community and industry
Organise promotional campaigns, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to expand reach
Monitor analytics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives
Build strong relationships with media outlets, vendors, and community partners to foster favourable publicity
Create compelling press releases, media kits, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences

Skills

Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to craft engaging narratives
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Knowledge of public relations strategies and experience in managing media relationships
Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and branding consistency
Ability to analyse data insights to inform marketing decisions
Passionate about fashion, events, or related industries with a keen interest in staying current on trends
