Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 9 months to cover family leave. This role will provide administration support for the Despatch department; in particular ensuring customer orders are picked and confirmed in line with business procedures.

Responsibilities

Reserving and printing customer orders (and confirming non-UK orders)
Using ERP system to transfer stock between location and stock adjustments in a timely and accurate manner
Arranging hauliers and labels for all pallet deliveries and coordinating with the warehouse for their collection.
Downloading and printing of “Out of stock” cards for customers’ orders.
Where instructed organise Amazon FBA (and other similar) orders ensuring they are processed within the agreed timeline.
Dealing with queries in a timely and accurate manner
Other general admin duties within the Despatch department as required, including warehouse work
Communicate regularly with manager to ensure that we are delivering to a high standard

Skills

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
Experience with data entry
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong typing skills for efficient document preparation and data management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: £26,436.80 per year
