An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative assistant role supporting the Quality Control Team department within CRS. We are a rapidly expanding debt recovery company who provides field visits predominantly for the Utility sector. Due to regulatory requirements set by Ofgem and our clients all customer engagement visits and warrants need to be audio and video recorded.

This role will include everything based around administration and supporting the team, your main role will be to make sure all customer engagement visits have a recording and ensuring all our records are up to date, this is a brand new job role with the opportunity for career progression for the right candidate.

The successful candidate for this role will have excellent communication and listening skills. Proven experience and good knowledge of using e-mail, excel spreadsheets with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Be able to work as part of a team and keen to support team members and develop your experience and skills. Able to liaise with team members and other departments to ensure our clients requirements are met. Needs to be organised with the ability to prioritise and meet dead-lines.

Desirable Experience; Has worked in an admin role previously and keen to develop their skills and experience. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent data entry skills, experience using Excel and computer literate.

Free carparking.
20 days holiday + bank holiday entitlement plus birthday off and increase of 1 day’s holiday per year of service up to 25 days.
8am - 4:30pm working hours, Monday to Friday.
