Customer Services Manager

MossRimmer Lincoln

MossRimmer, are looking for a customer services manager to join our team in Lincoln. This isn’t just another management role. This is your chance to shape the future of customer experience across two legendary brands, working within a team that shares your obsession for all things automotive.

But we’re not just about parts. We’re about people. Our customers are passionate, knowledgeable and expect the very best. That’s why we need a customer services manager who shares that same fire.

What You Will Be Doing

Leading the Team

You’ll manage our UK Based customer services teams, both onsite in Lincoln and remote. You’ll coach, mentor, and develop your people to deliver outstanding service every single time.

Driving the Performance

Set the standards. Define the process. Monitor the KPIs. You’ll be responsible for service levels, response times, and customer satisfaction across phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

Managing escalations

When things get complex, and in a world of classic cars, they often do, you’ll be the escalation point. From tricky parts queries to commercial issues, you’ll handle them all with calm professionalism.

Improving the experience

You’ll own the customer journey from first contact to resolution. That means monitoring Trustpilot and Google Reviews, identifying recurring issues, and implementing real, lasting improvements.

Aligning the Brands

Moss and Rimmer have their own unique histories and cultures. You’ll help align processes, standardise communication, and create a seamless experience across both brands, while respecting what makes each special.

What we are looking for

Essentials:

3+ years in a team management or coaching role
Proven leadership skills (multi site is a bonus)
Strong, clear communication skills- Written and Verbal
A natural People person with a positive, calm attitude
Experience managing KPIs and delivering against SLAs
Creative problem solving and conflict management skills
Proficiency with common IT suites

Desirable

Genuine passion for classic cars
Strong parts knowledge or a willingness to become an expert
Ability to support the team with technical queries
