Full job description

Reporting to the Home Employment Manager

Administration of the policies managed by the Home Employment team

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Process renewals, cancellations and secure new sales of policies managed in the Home Employment Team.

· Undertake financial monitoring when required to ensure payments are reconciled and cleared

· Ensure a thorough knowledge and continual awareness of policy cover.

· Building and maintaining good relationships with policy introducers

· immaculate customer service, attention to detail and ensure that all products are thoroughly and well described.

· Meet sales and performance targets and KPIs

· Ensure the performance of your work maintains the policies and principles of the Financial Conduct Authority

· Ensure internal administration system is correctly loaded and updated to accurately reflect the customer’s policy offering and the detail of any renewal or sale of products.

· Ensure sales data and leads remain confidential in line with the Company’s data protection policy

· To gather marketing authority from existing customers and new customers so we can promote and develop new schemes.

Assisting with any other administrative duties when required

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

· A drive to achieve sales performance targets and maximise sales opportunities

· Exceptional customer service skills and ability to use customer contact to maximise sales opportunities

· Provide attention to detail to all administrative tasks to ensue system and data storage compliance.

· Effective time and workload management and ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the department and company.

· Ability to manage company processes to ensure correct data storage

· Understand and maintain compliance with FCA requirements.

· Strong communication skills with good literacy, numeracy and IT competency;

· Professional, reliable and dynamic work ethic;

· Able to calmly and confidently handle difficult situations when they arise;

Able to work flexibly within a team environment
