Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our Compliance team in Corby.

If you enjoy working with systems, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with different teams, and ensuring things are done correctly the first time, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You'll play a key role in supporting our operational teams by managing contract, customer and supplier information within our core business system, Enwis.

?? What you'll be doing

You'll support the ongoing management and integrity of our Enwis system by:

Creating and maintaining customer, supplier, contract and pricing data within Enwis
Processing system setup and maintenance requests from internal stakeholders
Investigating requests and gathering additional information to ensure records are accurate and compliant
Working closely with Contract Managers, Compliance and Administration teams to ensure contract information is kept up to date
Supporting the mobilisation of new customers and implementing service or contract changes
Coordinating and driving the annual customer and supplier price increase process
Issuing Duty of Care documentation and assisting with maintaining customer compliance records
Creating and updating system guides and work instructions to support training and continuous improvement
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and data quality across the business

Helps keep customer compliance records accurate and up to date
Looks for ways to improve processes and documentation

? What you'll bring

Previous experience in an administrative, contract administration, data management or compliance-focused role
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
The ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues at all levels
Experience using databases, CRM systems or business management systems
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
A proactive, solution-focused approach and willingness to learn

Experience of using Enwis would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

?? This role is based at our Head Office in Corby, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
