Guest Service Assistant - Front Office (Reception) – Join the Hampton by Hilton Corby Team!
Location: Hampton by Hilton Corby, Rockingham Leisure Park, Princewood Road, Corby, NN17 4AP
Shifts: 6:50 AM - 15:10 PM / 14:50 PM - 23:10 PM / 22:50 PM– 7:100 AM | Flexible part-time or full-time hours available

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service? We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and proactive team member on our front desk to be the welcoming face of our hotel during their shift. You’ll be the go-to person, helping to create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests. What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the first point of contact for guests – from check-ins to late-night requests
Complete daily reports and also nightly audits when on duty with accuracy and efficiency
Carry out regular security checks to keep guests and the property safe
Keep public areas clean, tidy, and ready for the day ahead
Help with setting up breakfast, assisting the bar, and supporting other departments
Solve problems independently and ensure guests always feel looked after
Maintain clear handovers and communication with the day team

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is a bonus – but not essential
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Confident working independently and handling night-time responsibilities if required
Warm, professional, and guest-focused attitude
A natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure
Must be aged 21 or over (due to licensing requirements)
Willing to undergo a DBS check
