About the Company

We are a talented, enthusiastic, professional consultancy based near Charing Cross/Covent Garden and 100% office-based. We have a reputation for securing exceptional results in challenging situations.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual who can make it as a different kind of PA/EA. This is a 1:1 role supporting the key fee earner/MD who needs to optimise client contact and leave you running everything else. With excellent all-round skills you will have total control of his in-box delivering on his hard work and how the business runs. Often working on your own initiative, you will deal with a broad range of tasks, collaborating positively with clients and others to ensure the MD is confident that we are always on top of our diverse, UK-based, workload. This involves our providing quasi-legal advice on inevitably complex development propositions, managing necessarily perfect documentation with live face to face high speed transcription at 70wpm+ therefore being necessary.

As a SME our finances are straightforward, so whilst someone with accounts experience might be helpful, it is not essential. But you must appreciate the diverse nature of potential EA tasks including managing the non-fee earning work that the MD just doesn’t want to know about. There is an expectation that you will grow with the business into a full EA role providing opportunities for further reward.

Pay: £42,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
