Deputy Manager – Albrighton, Wolverhampton

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus

Hours: Full‑time, Monday - Friday, with on‑call duties

We deliver exceptional, person‑centred care that enables people to live safely and independently in their own homes. This Deputy Manager role is based in our Albrighton office and supports complex care services across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support and deputise for our operations Manager, ensuring the smooth delivery of high‑quality complex care.

In this role, you will:

Oversee daily office operations and deputise when required.
Lead new complex care package setups.
Coordinate complex hospital discharges.
Work closely with families, commissioners, MDT teams, and internal departments.
Support Consultants with care package management.
Manage incidents, accidents, and complaints.
Maintain full CQC compliance.
