Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Lead on a 6month FTC to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and ensure projects align with business and customer goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Duties

Lead project planning sessions with customers to define scope, objectives and timelines
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Support project management team, providing guidance, motivation, and oversight to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Be the main point of contact for customers with involvement on a day to day basis including orders and shipments
Provide excellent customer service ensuring all customer queries are dealt with productively and in a timely fashion
Monitor project progress through regular status updates, reports, and dashboards; adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Review project risks and escalate to management as required.
Problem solve to ensure customer is satisfied and deadlines are met

Requirements

Proven supervising experience leading diverse project teams in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in requirements gathering, scope definition, and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency with ERP systems and creating CPA's
Ideally experience in cosmetics, personal care, manufacturing or FMCG
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and concisely
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Able to work full time and on our site just outside of Wells, Somerset!
