Sports Massage Therapist (Self-Employed)

About Us

We are a growing physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Our clinic provides physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports injury management, and massage services in a friendly, professional, and supportive environment. We take pride in helping our clients achieve their health, fitness, and recovery goals while maintaining excellent standards of care.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Sports Massage Therapist to join our team on a self-employed basis.

This is a flexible opportunity that can fit around your existing commitments. Sessions will be offered based on your availability, with clinic opening hours between 9:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday. You may choose to work anywhere from 1 to 6 days per week, depending on your availability and client demand.

The successful candidate will be confident working independently while maintaining a high standard of professional practice and customer care.

Essential Requirements

Level 3 Sports Massage Qualification or above (Essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Sports Massage Therapist (Essential)
Fully insured to practice (Essential)
Membership of a relevant professional body with evidence of registration (Essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage appointments professionally
Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and recovery techniques
Commitment to providing exceptional client care

Desirable

Additional massage, rehabilitation, or sports therapy qualifications
Experience working within a physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or sports injury clinic
Knowledge of exercise prescription and injury prevention strategies
