Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to foster long-term relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to develop their careers within a vibrant organisation. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment where organisational skills and customer service excellence are paramount.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify their needs and present suitable products or services
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through regular follow-ups and personalised service
Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive information to clients
Manage sales pipeline efficiently using IT tools, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly and accurately
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback for continuous improvement
Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles, ideally within a similar industry
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and MS Office suite
Valid driving licence is preferred, as travel may be required to meet clients or attend events
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and organise workload effectively
Experience in developing long-term client relationships through strategic engagement
