Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) – September Start

Bluebell Pre-School, West Bergholt

Are you passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team from September.

At Bluebell Pre-School, we pride ourselves on providing a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore. We are seeking someone who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality early years education and care.

Working Hours

Monday & Friday: 8:15am – 3:45pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45am – 3:45pm

The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Act as a Key Person, supporting children's individual learning journeys.
Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's development.
Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements.
Support children's emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence.

What We're Looking For

A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, positive, and professional approach.
First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications are desirable.
