Amalfi Blu Italian Restaurant – West Bromwich

Location: Amalfi Blu Italian Restaurant, New Square Shopping Centre, West Bromwich
Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: Weekday evenings and weekends (including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)

About Us

Amalfi Blu is a modern Italian restaurant offering authentic Italian cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, premium wines and exceptional customer service in a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
Make a range of classic and signature cocktails.
Serve wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and hot beverages.
Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar area.
Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Process customer orders accurately using the till system.
Assist restaurant staff when required during busy service.
Follow all licensing, food safety and health & safety regulations.
Carry out opening and closing duties as instructed by management.

Requirements

Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential as full training can be provided.
Friendly, confident and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual and well presented.
Flexible to work weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the sale of alcohol.
