Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable flooring self employed flooring installer with proven experience in commercial flooring installations and contracts. You’ll be working on a variety of projects, delivering high standards of finish while maintaining excellent health and safety practices.

Role Location

West Midlands

Key Responsibilities

Installation of safety flooring, including cap and cove.
Installation of carpet and carpet tiles.
Installation of LVT.
Subfloor preparation, including levelling compounds and DPMs.
Working efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Ensuring all work complies with our health & safety standards.
Maintaining a clean and professional work environment on site.
Representing the company professionally when dealing with clients and site managers.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in commercial flooring installation.
Qualified and experienced in safety flooring (including cap & cove) installation.
Qualified and experienced in LVT installation
Strong knowledge of subfloor preparation.
Experience fitting carpets & carpet tiles in commercial environments.
Good understanding of site health & safety requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.
