Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Labourer Fence Panel Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality fence panels using a variety of tools and techniques. Your hands-on skills, mechanical knowledge, and commitment to safety will contribute to delivering durable fencing solutions for our customers. This position offers an engaging environment where your craftsmanship and physical effort are valued and rewarded.

Duties

Cut, assemble, and fabricate fence panels according to specified dimensions and design requirements
Operate hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and measuring devices to ensure precise assembly
Use power tools including drills, saws, and sanders to enhance efficiency and quality of work
Apply sewing or fabricating techniques when necessary for certain panel components or finishes
Lift, carry, and position heavy materials safely within the warehouse or fabrication area
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity
Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, loading, and unloading materials as needed

Requirements

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools essential for panel construction
Previous warehouse experience preferred to handle materials efficiently
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
Strong attention to detail to ensure panels meet quality standards
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
