Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, prepare and serve beverages and food, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a lively restaurant environment, contributing to memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately for drinks and food.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety standards.
Serve food promptly and ensure presentation meets quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
Manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience.
Assist in setting up tables, clearing used dishes, and resetting areas for new guests.
Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, including checking IDs when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tables and orders simultaneously. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service in a dynamic setting, eager to learn, and committed to creating positive guest experiences through professionalism and enthusiasm.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
