Full job description

At Ubu Design, you'll join an established consultancy specialising in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Planning, Ecology and Arboriculture, working on a diverse range of exciting projects across multiple sectors.

To support our growth plans we need a friendly, organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join us.

This varied role supports the smooth running of our busy office, working alongside our Landscape Director, Management Team and technical specialists. You'll provide administrative, project and client support while helping to maintain excellent customer service and efficient office operations.

We're looking for someone with:

Previous administrative, office support or office based customer service experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Time management skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word and Excel)
A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in the office on their scheduled days as there is the need to collaborate with colleagues which cannot be done remotely.
