Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and dedicated drivers to join our dynamic team! As a driver, you will be the vital link in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring timely and safe transportation of empty pallets across various locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills, maintain high standards of safety, and contribute to a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Duties

Safely operate various trucks up to 18 tonne, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulation
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety
Communicate clearly with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery schedules or any delays
Assist with inventory management during pickups and drop-offs, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times

Experience

Proven experience as a HGV driver, with a strong track record of safe driving practices
Familiarity with local traffic laws, GPS navigation tools, and route planning software
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures to identify issues early and ensure vehicle reliability
