Full job description

Next Generation Home Improvements are the Midlands’ market leader in high-quality home improvement solutions, specialising in resin driveways & patios.

Following a record-breaking year in 2025, installing over £5 million worth of products, we are now expanding our sales team as part of our continued growth.

We are looking for a driven, positive, and ambitious Direct Sales Representative — not someone to make up the numbers, but someone who wants to make a real impact on our turnover and enjoy the rewards that come with it.

The Role

Attend 8–12 pre-arranged appointments per week (no cold calling)
Visit customers in their homes
Understand customer needs, demonstrate our products, and design tailored solutions
Convert quality leads generated by our in-house marketing team
Build trust and represent the company professionally at all times

Who This Role Is For

You may already be a successful salesperson — or you may come from a strong customer-facing background and feel ready to step into a sales role with proper support.

We’re looking for people who:

Have excellent communication skills
Bring a strong work ethic and positive mindset
Believe in themselves and the products they sell
Want to earn well by performing well
Able to demonstrate company products

Full training is provided in both sales techniques and product knowledge, so if you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll give you the tools to succeed.

What We Need From You

Flexibility – This is a full time position, with evenings and Saturday availability is required to suit customer schedules

(We still aim to provide a healthy work/life balance)

Positivity & resilience – sales isn’t always easy, but mindset makes the difference
Honesty & integrity – you are the face of our business in customers’ homes
Driving license & own transport – essential

This is a full-time position, and while some antisocial hours are involved, the role is designed to be enjoyable and rewarding.

A genuinely strong earning opportunity - Modest basic salary + Totally uncapped commission

Typically we would expect a new starter to earn approximately £35,000 - £45,000 in year one. However, our top 3 salespeople earned £72,000 - £105,000 in 2025.

Earnings increase significantly with experience and performance
