Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and janitorial services, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation within our establishment. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a team of housekeepers, oversee daily operations, and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
Train and mentor new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department.

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience is essential, with a solid understanding of housekeeping operations in a hospitality environment.
Strong background in janitorial services with proven skills in cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team effectively.
