Job Title: Planner / Scheduler
Location: Kensington (10-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Station)
Salary: £34,000 per annum

About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Planner / Scheduler to join our team within a housing association. This role is key to ensuring the efficient scheduling of maintenance and repair works, supporting both residents and operational teams to deliver a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair appointments for operatives
Manage diaries to ensure optimal use of resources and minimise downtime
Act as a point of contact for residents, handling queries and booking appointments
Monitor and adjust schedules in response to urgent or emergency repairs
Liaise with contractors, operatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records and update systems in real time
Ensure all appointments meet service level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role (preferably within housing, maintenance, or repairs)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Good IT skills and experience using scheduling systems
