Property Manager

Location: London & South East (Hybrid/Office-Based)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £65000–£120,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

About Mayfair Property Services

Mayfair Property Services is a growing property management and maintenance company dedicated to delivering exceptional service across residential and mixed-use developments. We pride ourselves on providing professional property management, responsive maintenance, and excellent customer care.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant, and managed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties.
Act as the main point of contact for landlords, leaseholders, tenants, and contractors.
Arrange and oversee repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works.
Carry out routine property inspections and ensure high presentation standards.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met, including health and safety, fire safety, gas safety, electrical inspections, and other regulatory obligations.
Manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditure where required.
Instruct and supervise contractors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
Resolve maintenance issues and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate property records and update internal management systems.
Prepare reports for landlords and management where required.

Requirements

Previous experience in residential property management, block management, or estate management.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritise workloads effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
ARLA, IRPM, or similar professional qualification is desirable but not essential.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
