Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems across various new build residential sites. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The position offers an opportunity to utilise a wide range of skills in a dynamic environment, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Price work available.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Use hand tools, power tools to complete tasks effectively.
Conduct inspections to identify issues with existing plumbing infrastructure and determine appropriate solutions.
Assist with the assembly of plumbing components and related mechanical systems.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians or carpenters when necessary for complex projects.

Skills

Proficiency in plumbing techniques along with mechanical knowledge relevant to the trade.
Experience with welding, hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes.
Strong understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations related to installations.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks.
Valid driving licence
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
