ABOUT US

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a dynamic company focused on growth. Working closely with the Managing Director and the wider team, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating content in various formats to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.

At Ideal Heat Solutions, we strongly promote individual development, strong team culture and career progression.

We operate within the fast-paced UK temperature control rental industry, supplying temporary Boilers, Chillers, Heaters and cooling products for a range of commercial applications and industries. Two days are never the same!

Job Summary
Ideal Heat Solutions are seeking a talented and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies that drive engagement and enhance our brand presence. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content management. The Content Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with various teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as part of the Ideal Heat Solutions team and external marketing agencies to help deliver the company’s Sales and Marketing Strategy by:

· To create written, visual and video content, which is informative, interesting and relevant to our core customers.

To improve our communication, engagement and retention of existing customers.
To improve our reach and attraction to new core customer targets.
To ensure a high level of quality, proofing and accuracy in all work undertaken.
Supporting the production and physical administration of organic and paid social media activity as per the marketing content calendar and in line with the social media strategy.
Supporting the production, administration and monitoring of email activity through the email marketing platform.
Create content for our company website to enhance our appearance and communication with our core customers and improve SEO.
To create marketing collateral to improve the company’s image to customers and employees.
To analyse outcomes of all marketing and content activity and continuously update the marketing plan to reflect these outcomes.
Help to produce reports, statistics and other data as required and when required.
Apply forward thinking and utilise your flair for new and imaginative ideas to exceed our customer expectations for our content.

GENERIC RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to the requirements of the post above, all members of the team are

required:

To complete all associated organisation and administrative work.
To participate in both internal and external staff development as appropriate.
To meet the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and Ideal Heat Solutions Health and Safety Procedure.
Comply with GDPR requirements, in line with Ideal Heat Solutions policy.
To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required commensurate with the grade of the appointment.

Experience

Proven experience in content marketing or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design purposes.
Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for basic web editing tasks.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) for publishing and managing digital content.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging copy tailored to different audiences.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for keyword research and performance analysis.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrable.
