Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Hands-On, Lead Generation Focus)
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Salary: £32,000-34,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Reporting to: Managing Director

Ready to take ownership, bring fresh ideas to life and make a real commercial impact? Marketing at Westmount is still relatively untapped, so you’ll have a fairly clean slate and plenty of freedom to shape what we do. This is an exciting, hands-on role for a practical, commercially minded self-starter who wants to see direct results from their work—someone who enjoys creating sharp brochures, social posts and marketing materials; is confident with data, SEO and lead tracking; and thrives when trusted to work independently, take initiative and build a consistent marketing effort from the ground up.

About Westmount Packaging

We are a small, family-run business operating in a highly competitive and traditional market. We specialise in high-performance packaging materials with a particular focus on the Fine Art sector. A close-knit team of 12 employees, we have a supportive and caring culture where everyone plays an important role. Based in the Kent countryside near Tonbridge, our office offers a pleasant working environment and a collaborative atmosphere.

Role Overview

You will take full ownership of Westmount’s day-to-day marketing, with a clear commercial focus: generating, tracking and passing qualified leads to sales for conversion into long-term customers. This is a standalone, hands-on role for a self-motivated individual who can manage their own workload, collaborate across the business and consistently turn ideas into results.

You will manage and improve our website, SEO, content and usability, using performance insights to refine activity. You will also create professional digital and print materials, maintain a consistent brand, and produce relevant social media content designed to generate genuine enquiries - not simply likes.

Lead generation is the core priority. You will confidently drive inbound enquiries through digital channels, undertake limited direct outreach where appropriate, and help ensure leads are followed through effectively. Using our ERP and CRM systems, you will accurately track lead sources and conversions, continually improving activity to create a steady, measurable flow of opportunities that supports sales growth and customer retention.

Salary: £32,000-34,000 depending on experience
28 days' holiday per year (including bank holidays)
