As a Senior SEND Recruitment Consultant, you will operate within a specialist market requiring both volume delivery and intelligent problem solving.

Requirements
To be considered, you must demonstrate:
· Proven success in recruitment or sales (minimum 4 years)
or
· Evidence of £200,000+ annual billings
And:
· A valid UK driving licence
· The ability to operate in a structured, performance-led environment
Earnings & progression
Base salary:
· £32,500 – £37,500
In addition:
· Uncapped commission structure
· Typical additional earnings ranging from £10,000 to £70,000+
· Top performers significantly exceeding this
Many of our senior consultants are earning well beyond what they achieved previously.
