Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to oversea a lettings division in Woking. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of the lettings process run smoothly. The Lettings Manager will be responsible for managing a team, liaising with landlords and tenants to deliver the highest level of customer service whilst ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Duties

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Manage the marketing and advertising of available properties to attract potential tenants.
Conduct viewings and provide prospective tenants with detailed information about properties.
Negotiate tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties are satisfied.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including tenant applications and property inspections.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Handle tenant queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
A minimum of 12 months experience in a Lettings manager role
ARLA qualified
Strong leadership skills with an effective approach to managing multiple tasks efficiently
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A proven track record of increasing market share through generating new instructions and increasing deal volumes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
