Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer specialising in PPC and social media management to join our marketing team. This role involves developing and executing innovative digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms to optimise brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of paid media campaigns, analytics, and optimisation techniques to drive measurable results. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and DoubleClick to maximise ROI.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing performance metrics.
Conduct media buying activities to ensure efficient allocation of advertising budgets across channels.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Perform keyword research and SEO optimisation to enhance organic search visibility alongside paid efforts.
Create detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets aligned with campaign objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with platforms such as Google Ads (Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising.
Strong knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for various platforms.
Familiarity with media buying techniques and optimisation of advertising spend for maximum impact.
Proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and DoubleClick.
Solid understanding of SEO principles to complement paid marketing efforts.
Experience with campaign tracking, conversion optimisation, and A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively and translate insights into actionable strategies.
