Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative products. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Create product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Work with marketing and sales teams to support product launches.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive product enhancements.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or MBA.
Experience in technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products.
Knowledge of data analytics and product metrics.
