Up to £40,000 DOE plus uncapped commission

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in our continued growth and success. You’ll focus on developing trusted, long-term relationships with existing customers to enhance their IT position allowing them to focus on achieving their business goals. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and relationship building, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact.   

Within our highly skilled sales team you’ll proactively identify sales opportunities while supporting our customers' business objectives in line with our evolving services. By receiving ongoing training and development you can build an exciting career in the fast-paced world of IT.   

What you’ll be responsible for:

Taking full accountability for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding their current and future business objectives 
Identifying and owning sales opportunities within your accounts, ensuring long-term customer success and satisfaction 
Championing customer success through a commitment to ensure our services continue to deliver real, measurable value
Sharing relevant technology insights to help customers stay informed and future focused
Proactively introducing new products and services that align with customers goals and priorities
Contributing to consistently strong customer Net Promoter Scores by delivering a reliable, professional service experience in every customer interaction

Proven experience and success in Account Management, with a track record of delivering positive customer outcomes
Clear, confident communication and strong organisational skills 
Proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to solve problems effectively  
A genuine interest in people and a talent for building trusted relationships 
Excellent listening skills with the ability to engage in meaningful, productive conversations 
Ambition and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement
