We're on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our Debt Recovery team as Paralegals. This opportunity is designed for recent graduate’s or individuals keen on launching a rewarding career within our esteemed law firm. Your input will be crucial in enhancing the quality of service we offer to our valued clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a Debt Recovery Paralegal, you will be responsible for maintaining an active case load with the aim of ensuring maximum client conversion and debt recovery.
Liaising with Clients in relation to their claims for compensation.
Negotiating with Debtors.
Issuing Part 7 and Part 8 Proceedings.
Drafting Court documents, to include applications for Attachment of Earnings Orders and Charging Orders.

Working Hours

This role is Full Time based on 40 Hours per week. The Working Pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, and standard working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm, with flexibility around start and finish times. The office is open between 7.00am and 7.00pm. There would be an expectation of one late shift per week up to 7.00pm.We are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
