About Us

Express Coatings has been providing high-quality industrial coating services for over 20 years. During this time, we have built a strong and diverse customer base, ranging from high-profile organisations to individual customers requiring one-off projects.

We stock an extensive range of RAL, BS and Pantone colours and also offer a professional colour-matching service to meet our customers' specific requirements. About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our production team. This is a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced environment, so the successful candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team, and has a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and spraying metal components to a high standard.
Operating a Gamma Opti Centre powder coating system.
Operating overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading customer vehicles as required.
Wrapping and preparing finished metalwork for safe transportation.
Carrying out general workshop and production duties to support the team.
Adhering to all company health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience operating a Gamma Opti Centre powder coating system.
Experience preparing and powder coating metalwork to a high standard.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment.
Strong team player with a positive work ethic.
A commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
Forklift and overhead crane experience is advantageous, although training may be provided for the right candidate.
