An exciting opportunity has become available to work on the Digital business unit within Boeing Defence UK.
The role is for a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst. It requires a highly organised and detailed individual with strong project administration, co-ordination skills and sound customer knowledge to create an environment of consistently well-managed projects.
Previous or current experience of working within IT or the MOD supply chain programmes is desirable but relevant experience with other Government Departments may be acceptable.
Position Responsibilities:
- Governance & Administration: Coordinate, facilitate, and administer key project and programme governance meetings in strict compliance with internal policies.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, dashboards, and action trackers; prepare high-quality delivery status reports.
- Triage & Communication: Monitor the shared team mailbox, efficiently resolving requests and managing stakeholder communications to ensure deadlines are met.
- Problem Solving: Resolve moderate-scope operational issues independently by referencing established procedures and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- The ability to gain UK Security Clearance
- Proven experience in project administration, coordination, and tracking.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a sharp eye for data accuracy and detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and prioritise tasks effectively to meet team goals.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Previous or current experience working within the IT sector.
- Direct experience with Ministry of Defence (MOD) supply chain programmes or other UK Government Departments.
